ICS port doesnt work #711

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed it on virtual box
2. run it using v-box
3. when it boots it says setup cant start

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect it to run normally instead it gives an error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
the latest version on windows 7
