Webpages show up as black screens in any of the browsers tested. Browser app GUI is untouched though.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run browser (Built-in, Skyfire, Dolphin or Maxthon).
2. Try opening a web page.
3. As soon as the page loads (or before) only a black screen will show up where 
there's supposed to  be the webpage.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A webpage. Instead I saw a black screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ICS. But to be specific, this ISO (android-x86-4.0-eeepc-20120101.iso) 
downloadble since January 1, 2012.

I made a bootable usb from the iso with unetbootin563.exe, and booted the USB 
pen drive.

Please provide any additional information below.
The netbook this was tested on is MSI Wind U130.

Sound: Works.
Wifi: Works.
Camera: I don't know, but the Camera app didn't work.
Youtube app: Doesn't work.
Market: Works.
Facebook app: Works.

Also: 
There's a sudden red background when configuring for the first time. It appears 
and disappears quickly.

In the notes app it appears when I press Ctrl + S.

The sudden red background also appears with every single key stroke typed on 
command line.

Similar to issue 644. Not the same though. Maxthon shows a black webpage too, 
and emails viewed from the Gmail app also show up as black webpages.
