What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use LiLi or UNetBootin to create liveusb from amd_brazos branch
2. Boot W500 from USB

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Boot hangs on SysLinux boot console output, system crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android x86 4.0 RC1 Amd_brazos and Tegav2 builds on a ACER W500

Please provide any additional information below.
The Devel Version from 1.1.2012 worked without any problems.

Got this often with different linux builds but not with android so far.
In the most cases i got it fixed by using another tool to build the stick from
the iso.
Android, however, never worked with another tool then LiLi (tried to create
multi-boot usb stick).
Be sure that LiLi sets the parameters to android (it says something like "don't
know the build but will use android 2.0 settings instead").
Maybe try to set it manually in advanced settings with overwriting or try
different settings from there.
Be sure to restart LiLi after changing the settings there as it doesnt
recognize it before.

Will try RC1 later today. Will see if i have issues too.
