What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Nearly every interaction

What do you see instead?
"Unfortunately, [chinese signs] has stopped."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0 RC1 EeePC

Please provide any additional information below.
Fix: Keyboard & Input Methods: android keyboard as standard instead of [chinese 
signs] 

Great work! No more blank screen in browser, camera is working

+1 on EeePC 1000H. Pretty much makes the build unusable with constant popups 
about "Unfortunately..."  - over a dozen  times while typing this. I don't 
think it started to happen  until i ventured into the keyboard settings screen.
