No full wake up, screen still black #717

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using power key to suspend
2. Using the power key or menu key to wake up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The system suspends. But after waking up, the screen is still black. HD is 
working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0 RC1 / EeePC on Samsung N130 Netbook

Please provide any additional information below.

That issue is known and stated as bug in release notes.
You have to turn it of and boot again if you don't want to use it for a longer 
time.
