4.0 RC1 on Tegav2 suspend problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. press power button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
screen to turn off. Instead I see the lockscreen, as if I had just woken it up.
Also the only way I seem to find to be able to turn it off, is to pres and hold 
the power button (hard kill). this doesnt shutdown, it just kills power.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0 RC1 Tegav2

Please provide any additional information below.
Much better than before! camera works, browser works, and you can kinda get it 
to suspend....well more like lock the screen. Still better than before.
Youtube works too!

After single pressing power button lockscreen appears, then some seconds later 
screen goes off and power LED start blinking. After some time (it may be 12 LED 
blinks, or several minutes randomly) power LED goes on and lockscreen appears, 
tablet is waked up himself.
ICS 4.0 RC1 on Odeon TPC-10 (tega v2 compatible).

Same on ACER Aspire one ZG5 Android 4.0 asus_laptop.
Adding that sometimes when wakeup alone the screen rotates.

Temporary fix - Using  a shutdown app.

you may need to try a different iso...for my acer aspire one 722 ive foind the 
android-x86-4.0-RC2-s103t download works well...although there are still a few 
bugs
