What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to settings and turn WIFI on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
WIFI should turn on and should be able to see available networks.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Installed ICS 4.0 RC1 on a tega v2 compatible tablet.

Please provide any additional information below.
Before I Installed ICS, I had Honeycomb and ICS 4.0 Dev version installed, both
worked like a charm. When I installed ICS 4.0 RC1, WIFI worked for two days,
after that it suddenly stopped. When turning it on, it stays on the "on"
position for several seconds then returns to OFF. I have windows 7 dual booting
on my tablet and switching to this OS, WIFI works without any problems. I don't
know if this is connected, but I just installed SP1 for windows when the
problem started.

I had this trouble too. WIFI turns off unexpectedly. ICS 4.0 RC1 on Odeon
TPC-10 (tega v2 compatible).

I have a similar problem with a Wortmann TERRA Pad (tega v2 compatible). WIFI
won't turn on. With the ICS Dev Edition it works fine.
