No Driver for CR-48 w/Wifi Azurewave AW-NE773 wifi

There is currently no driver for the Azurewave AW-NE773 Mini PCI-Express 802.11 
a/b/g/n module, the driver is open source and works in linux, can this be 
compiled and added to the eeepc image?  Or can we create a seperate image to 
work with the CR-48, if this is unsupported how would I go around about 
compiling the driver myself and adding it to the eepc file system?  Android 4.0 
x86 works great on the Google CR-48 netbook, i'd be willing to test images and 
provide bug reports if we can start development on this hardware.

It would make big news if the CR-48(google's netbook) gets a working version of 
android, probably more usable than ChromeOS :)

Im planning on installing on my CR48 as well.  Getting to work on playing with 
that process right now.  Would be great if we moved forward with making it 
fully compatible.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I was able to get the wireless working with no problem two 
days ago, but not anymore.

The wireless seems to work fine with the 2.2 iso for the eeepc. For whatever 
reason, the ath9k driver that works in 2.2 fails in 4.0. Here's what dmesg 
shows:

dmesg | grep -e ath9k -e wlan

This rom with a 2.6 kernel works for cr-48's WIFI.
However it does not support CPU throttling or fan speed control so that fan 
always spin very loud.
