Bluetooth and Browser do not work!

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I try to turn on Bluetooth in my settings and it looks like it wants to turn 
on but it goes back to off. 
2. When I go to browser to search the internet it has a black screen and 
nothing happens. It is black and I can not choose anything in the browser.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have a viewpad 10 and running android-x86-4.0-RC1-tegav2.

Please provide any additional information below.
I really like 4.0 build but I need to use bluetooth and browsing and really 
need your help!

on dell inspiron n5110 bluetooth doesnt work and in browser aafter loading page 
it sees black...and usb and sound doesnt workkkkk...plz help me>>>>>>
