What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Booting instalation from USB (android-x86 4.0 RC1 for brazos notebook)
2. Installing Android onto another USB stick.
3. Booting installed Android from USB.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Android should boot from USB, but BIOS gives "I/O disk error" and asks for
removing device.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android-x86 4.0 RC1 for brazos platform, one of the latest BIOS.

Please provide any additional information below.
When I first installed Android on USB, after installation I pressed "Run
Android" and it started, and worked. But when I shut down the PC, and then
tried to start Android from USB from BIOS, it gave the error.
Before, when I tried to dump files from .iso to USB, it gave the same error, so
I made a bootable USB by LiLi as you recommend and it worked. I can give more
details if needed.

OK, problem solved, it is necessary to install GRUB during Android

Thanks guys, you are awesome!
