wifi can't work or be enabled ( fenix Fepad1090)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click 'settings', then click 'open Wi-Fi'icon. the icon turn gray and can 
not use any more.
2. click 'settings', then click 'open bluetooth'icon. the icon turn gray and 
can not use any more.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i hope the  wifi network work well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

i download 'android-x86-4.0-RC1-tegav2.iso ' and write it by 
unetbootin-windows-563  in win7 system, then boot andriod from usb disk,

i used a fenix fepad1090 
cpu:atom z670,

wireless card: Marvell avatar sd8787 Wireless LAN SDIO Adapter 
inside.

Please provide any additional information below.

i search 'Marvell avatar sd8787 ' from google,  the result shows that there is 
the driver for sd8787 in linux system and Chromium OS ,and some andriod pad has 
'Marvell avatar sd8787  wifi card .

Also, the VPN detect my Phone Network, but after that i cant use internet...  
always say "no Internet connection "

my fenix pad was also called HEDY winpad 200,the same one
it has Marvell 88W8787  WIFI card,
there is no driver for 8787card,and wifi can't work.
