Google Talk missing in 4.0 RC1 eeepc #778

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run or Install from USB/SD
2. Applications > No Talk app
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No app available from market.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.0 RC1 on eeepc 701

Please provide any additional information below.
Awesome project!  Just missing talk app.  Cheers!

Also trying to manual install some apks on the web it says 'application failed'

Putting apk in /system/app doesn't work.
Someone knows how to check why an app isn't installed?
