Screen scrolling issue #779

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install android 4.0 rc1
2. install kindle
3. run and download book

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should be able to turn pages properly but each time I turn a page it skips 
ahead for several pages. The app runs fine in 
android-x86-4.0-amd_brazos-20120101 but in the RC1 this happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android-x86-4.0-amd_brazos-RC1.iso on a MSI windpad 110W

Please provide any additional information below.

I have same problem on my T101MT with image: android-x86-4.0-RC1-eeepc.iso.
