How could make the touch working

Hi ..

I'm using a chinese tablet PC - no trade mark - and runnig Windows 7 on it ..

I trid android X86 on it using "android-x86-4.0-RC1-tegav2.iso" and it works .. 
but unfortunately the touch doesn't work !

I searched about that in the "Issues" tap here and I found my case .. but I 
know nothing about Linux and I don't know how to do that ..

could any one help me how to add this Patch in my software
