Failure to load WiFi driver on Dell Inspiron Duo #884

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install android-x86-4.0-RC1-tegav2 on Dell Inspiron Duo
2. Go into Setting and attempt to Turn on WiFi

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The message "Turning WiFi on" appears and nothing happens after that

Please provide any additional information below.

Logcat output:
E/WifiStateMachine( 291): Failed to load driver!
E/WifiStateMachine( 291): DriverFailedState

Wireless Network Adapter:
Dell DW1501

Let me know if there is any other information I can provide in order to solve 
this issue.
