Cannot connect to internet via LAN #889

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug In Ethernet Cable on Ethernet Plug
2. Open Browser (try Various)
3. Can't go to any webpage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able To open Webpages such as Google.com or Facebook.com

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android-x86-4.0-RC1-eeepc full installation on both a ASUS EEE PC 4G and 900

Please provide any additional information below.
-I cannot get into the internet via LAN only trough WI-FI,
-I already check that the Ethernet cable is working and that the ports on my 
computer were working too (I use a live version of Ubuntu and the internet work)
-How can I get ASUS Eee PC 4G or my ASUS Eee PC 900 into the internet via LAN?
