Android 4.0 Touch not working on Dell Latitude 2110 #894

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It just doesn't work.
2. I try reboots and nothing works.
3. Touching the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On 4.0 no matter what image I use my touch it registers, the mouse cursor 
disappears, but no button is pressed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using android x86 4.0 ICS

Please provide any additional information below.
Touch registers but no action, mouse doesn't move.

The Latitude 2110 does not have a touch screen.

Then how come the touch worked in Ubuntu and Windows?
