Spyware software in the android os !!!!!!!! #912

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. There is a chinese game which is aspyware software, it always turn on the 
kamera and try to connect to the internet to send images.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
remove it!!!!!

Ufortunately i don't know the name of the game but it has a panda (or something 
like that) icon.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
