Scrub references to guessit.io #734

The domain has been purchased by appmaster.io, who is probably enjoying the free traffic.

Fixes #727

The url 'https://guessit-io.github.io/guessit' now just also redirects people to 'http://doc.guessit.io' which then redirects to app master.

@Toilal Probably you need to configure the repository settings ( https://docs.github.com/en/pages/getting-started-with-github-pages/configuring-a-publishing-source-for-your-github-pages-site ) so https://guessit-io.github.io/guessit can be available
