Federated URL fails randomly #9

Sometimes my federated URL is not used and the fallback is shown. A refresh of the page usually will get the right image.

@singpolyma weighted random sometimes doesn't find any servers you may try to use my fork - https://github.com/sandfoxme/libravatar
