language setting #48

if it is possible the language of feed should be set in the toot. This way it will create much less spam on global timeline.

I like the idea, but I don't see its feasibility. The feed themself is not required to declare its language in any form, and I have yet to see a feed that does it. So this information is simply not available to the Parrot.
