question about NATT configuration #536

there are five server options in NATT configuration:
1) Enable ICE
2) Hack the AOR
3) Enable STUN for SIP
4) Enable STUN for ICE
5) Enable TURN for ICE

what does those mean, and what's the relationship between those options?
