Russian translation #44

Hello. I made full Russian translation for this mod. If you wanted, I can upload _bundleru.properties file with all the translations when I finished it tomorrow (there are ≈ 2-3% left untranslated now). Translated maximally accurate to English text, but some names/descriptions are not very accurate to better match Russian language. Some strings for now I left untranslated, also some strings may be not so accurate or even a little wrong because I'm not opened and/or used all mod content for now. So the translation will be updated soon.
