[Feature Request] - Export Chats #53

Allow to export chats, groups and users as XML, JSON, CSV and DataFrame.

Brainstorm Export Chats automatically based on a configuration during the "listen" command, and/or, by a new 'export' command. Probably both.

Also, on CSV and maybe other formats, allow to customize what columns, columns order, period to export and provide filtering for group (ID / Name), Message Content (RegEx Based) and Date Range (by limit_days parameter And Start/End UTC Datetime)
