[FEATURE] Register new installations in a table #197

Description

Register new installations and marketplace installations in a MySQL table. The table should also have fields for the GitHub, AppVeyor, SonarCloud, CodeClimante, and Snyk tokens.

The process should also grab a GitHub token for the fresh new installation and store it, as well as the refresh token in the MySQL table.
