Description

Rename the table github_pull_requests_comments to github_comments.

Tech notes

Rename the table via SQL code: RENAME TABLE github_pull_requests_comments TO github_comments. Create a new .sql file in SQL directory.
Rename the table name in bot.database.php#L444
Rename the table name in db-integrity.sh#L37
