[FEATURE] Log check-runs annotations when there is a warning on it #374

Description

When a check run runs, it usually outputs annotations that might be interesting to examine and act on.

For example: image

In this case, the GitHub Action used by workflow is using an unsupported version of NodeJS. In this specific case, the solution is to use the latest version of that action, which already uses the latest supported version of NodeJs.
