Image size (over scaling) #24

[*]Images displayed on the left are re-sized to fit the available space. On smaller images this leads to some graininess. Perhaps you could limit the maximum amount an image is scaled up (say 200% max).

Application preference to set the maximum scaling as a percentage (a value of 0 is unlimited scaling)
