Mac adjustements

first set of compatibility and mac os x fixes:

• changed some nio/image handling back to java 1.6 for compatibility
• added mac os x specific key and menu handling
• added CocoaUIEnhancer, needed for mac menu bar handling

These should be applied to the main code. so this pull is not necessary
