Do not disturb enablement failing on latest macos-12 build for GitHub actions #3

On 6 November CI for @guidepup/guidepup started failing on GH actions macos-12 due to being unable to enable do not disturb mode.

Investigation needed to determine what changes are needed to support this in the latest build.

From recording CI we can see that the AppleScript has started clicking the "Security & Privacy" button instead of the "Notifications & Focus" button for some reason... hence the failure!
