It would be really nice if the external vocab import supported other formats 
than RDF/XML.

Good point. We should support Turtle and RDFa as well. ARC2, our RDF parser 
library, already supports both, so it should be doable.

Now Neologism is able to import vocabularies in RDFa and Turtle formats. Added 
in revision r885.
