Feature request: add phone number information #612

Telegram could request phone number form user (https://core.telegram.org/bots/2-0-intro#locations-and-numbers) Adding this info (if provided) to mc (new column in /mc/users) will be usefull for user "identification" and (as option) authorisation for private bot.
