I am using netatmo dashboard node since a few years. Today I updated the node and now I am unable to connect due to a missing refresh token. What do I have to do in order to get one? I have a client id and a client secret. What has to be put in App name?

In the App you have created at netatmo dev account and where you get the client id and secret you can click the button "generate token" after you chose a access scope. The App name is the name you have set by creating the app in the netatmo dev account.
