observer widgets pop up at wrong location when scrolled #14

when the GUI is scrolled right/left or down/up and the mouse floats over a
node with an observer widget activated, the gray box pops up in the wrong
location and may also move

fixed in SVN

canvas scrollregion and xview/yview were needed instead of canvas height and 
width
