1 - Wordpress slideshow : original url showing out of place when uploading a new image to the slideshow #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a new image through the wordpress slideshow
2. After upload, the image properties screen will have the origianl url 
field on the top right corner and will wrap.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output should be the original field url in its on row like all the 
other ones.

The original url now displays in its own line. For the future it would be better if I display all those extra fields underneath the title field as it's not very user friendly plus the edit image button gets positioned in a strange location as well.

Fixed, tested in FF 3.5.
