17 - Backport machine tags from wpss to playlist plugin #17

We should allow someone using a blog with the playlist plugin active to use 
machine tags, [like this], to display individual playlist items inline with the 
blog.  The XSL would be changed to match returning either the full playlist or 
just an individual item, but all the same data would be accessible (title, artist, 
ASIN, etc), in the same way that wpss works.

The codebase of wpss was borne out of the playlist plugin so we should be 
able to recycle most of the machine tag functionality from wpss.

I only need to finish the settings page where you can set the default stylesheets for a playlist or a playlist item
