Sharing statistics between users #21

At the moment, the users can only see their own stats. An improvement would be to make Jobstats shareable with other users, with an opt-in user setting.

When sharing data statistics will be available, could it be possible for users to have a search tool for jobs with key words like (software that was loaded) (running, failed, completed), etc. One facing difficulty in running certain types of jobs could seek some help in other submission script template. I am also thinking, could this search tool be easily integrated for analyst who has already access to all jobs? It would be useful for me as for an example in a case where I am helping a user with gromacs or matlab jobs (or any software that I am not familiar with) to search for a successful run.
