Adding Guild Shop/Store #606

Context

I know Guilds have options to buy buffs in its own GUI, but in the same GUI or separate GUI, there could be a GUI just for GUILD EXCLUSIVE ITEMS that can only be bought during Guild Activities. Like Guild war, hitting a certain tier on the guild or like Guild Raid. I think it benefits others cause of how flexible it can be and gives players the motivation to actually play team plays and look for guilds. ## Possible Implementation Again, seprate GUI just to have some exclusive items. It can be made by the op, customized by op or it can be ANYTHING REALLY. As long as its GUILD Exclusive. It can also be bought using Guild exclusive currency... OR OPS can even assign an NPC for this "Shop/Store" and everytime a GUILD increases their tiers, more items can be bought from this NPC

This is already possible with any third part shop plugin that can lock shop items behind permissions.

Guilds Tier permissions can unlock the shops without having to include those shops internally and bloat guilds more.
