Add basic gui #632

I suggest to add some basic gui, when u type /guilds and see the main gui, where u can create guild, see existing guilds, change options of your own guild etc. I think it can make the plugin more friendly for players. Of course owners of servers can create their own guis, but it takes a time. If the plugin have it "from the box" is pretty convinient for servers owners and their players

The original design was like this and it was asked by many people to remove.

A've already complete making guis for this plugin by myself, but it coud be easier if the plugin will have this opportunity from the box. Only one thing that i can't make by myself using gui plugins is "back" buttoms from existing menus
