First mockups:

[ ] Server building view

User settings are not ready yet. It's only mockup with just options but there is nothing to show 💯

But... this issue's name is "Mockups", so it's finished 😄

@Bjornskjald i wrote there is mockup with options but we don't have options pages. I think in this mockup "subpages" in settings are required then it will be finished.
