Give Non-DLC players a truck to rival the FART truck's AOE 150m pick up radius #5

Issue: People with Apex and Vanilla Arma needs a truck that's using the Zamak capability without the restrictions on acquiring DLC.

Solution: Import a civilian truck and clone FART capabilities.

Don't think this is limiting to DLC anymore. Invalid issue, my bad.
