Tracking open and forgotten Jira issues #100

Hello

I wonder if you ever considered adding a functionality to track Jira issues that were opened via this app.

Specific use case: ticket was for a vulnerability in a server. Vulnerability was patched, but ticket was not closed. Since there is is no more vulnerability, the Jira issue is no longer updated, but jira ticket is still there. Would be nice to add an ability to add a follow-up inactivity comment to the jira tickets... like "this ticket has not been updated in x days (weeks). Please provide status update and close if this has been resolved."

Hi @nycalex This is a great suggestion thanks The app already records every tickets created from the Addon in a KVstore for the purpose of the bidirectional interactions (update and dedup) so tracking their activities could be doable I agree. Will check this out
