"Unexpected error: Config file: ta_service_desk_simple_addon_account does not exist.."

Hi,

Firstly I would like to express my appreciation for this very useful TA. But got on issue below and was hoping if you could help with this:

I have my Jira account configured in the TA and have a Splunk alert set up running periodically to invoke the adaptive response action of the TA to create tickets in my Jira project.

The ticket creation is sometimes successful, and sometimes unsuccessful with the below error:

The environment we are using is Splunk Cloud - The TA is installed in Splunk Cloud.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I realise how late I am on this one, please accept my apologise. Have you had any progresses on this, or it still of an issue?

I don't think I have ever seen this issue actually, sounds pretty weird
