Lean alert action with only few default fields to keep alert creation easy for users #158

We are operating a Splunk environment for our group with cockpit apps for different projects or business units - the Splunk expertise differs in our user base. We would like to provide a standardized alert action to create Jira issues based on your TA, but it seems to be hard for non technology affine users to use the alert action - especially when keeping in mind that Jira projects are also kinda configured individually, which makes issue type or priority selection or filling of mandatory custom fields hard.

Is there a possibility to provide a lean alert action with only few default fields (project [free text instead of dropdown], summary, description, label) and a fixed issue type (e.g. "Task") which should be configurable via a config file to keep the alert creation easy for users? Also providing the PAT directly in alert action so no account creation would be needed and to get around the permission problem stated in https://github.com/guilhemmarchand/TA-jira-service-desk-simple-addon/issues/154 ? It would also be nice to set a default label like "splunk_alert" configurable via a config file.
