Hi, thanks for your work on the plugin. We are using the plugin to connect to Jira Service Management which is backed up by OpsGenie. We would like to trigger new alerts in OpsGenie using Jira incidents which are created from the plugin. I believe what is necessary is that the "responder" field needs to be set. If I'm not mistaken, this can either go through:
Directly setting the "Responder" field in the issue
Directly setting the "Affected service" field which is backed up by a default responder value
Setting a specific request type which is backed up by default responder value
Is any of these supported somehow? I was not able to find it in the action menu.
