Fix - backup and restore generate POST related warning messages #378

Describe the bug

WARN ScriptRestHandler Custom REST endpoint at "/services/trackme/v1/backup_and_restore/backup" was called by 127.0.0.1 with request data but no Content-Type: header; not parsing POST arguments

caused by:

TrackMe - Backup KVstore collections and purge older backup files

Does not affect the backup process but can be fixed
