Issue #4: README.md English Translation #5

Hello @guilhermecugler,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that I have completed the English translation for the README file (issue #4), originally in Portuguese. You can find the translated version in the new file named README-en.md.

Additionally, I took the liberty of updating the "Colaboradores" section in both the README.md and README-en.md files by adding my GitHub username.

Furthermore, I created a CONTRIBUTORS.md file to centralize the list of individuals who have contributed to the project. I have also specified in the "Seja um dos contribuidores" section of both README files that contributors should add their GitHub usernames to this CONTRIBUTORS.md file when making improvements to the project.

I'm open to any feedback or modifications you may suggest. Please let me know if there's anything specific you would like me to change, or if there are additional tasks you'd like me to tackle within this repository or any other project you own.
