Clusters with 4 digits or more will not display gracefully in MarkerClusterer #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When MarkerClusterer pools more than 999 markers, the number no longer
displays in the center of the circle.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the number to remain in the circle center. Instead it displays
below and to the right of center.

This is the same as #117. 

Resize m4 and m5 to the following sizes to fix it.

m5 should be 90x89px
m4 should be 78x77px
