Show the number of "++"s from MetaCPAN #2

MetaCPAN has a "++" system (see https://metacpan.org/release/Perl-Critic-Policy-ValuesAndExpressions-PreventSQLInjection for example), it would be nice to get this information from the MetaCPAN API and display it in the table.

https://github.com/CPAN-API/metacpan-web/blob/c436d3559b2c8ec230a86625ac7912a2acf259c7/root/inc/favorite.html suggests that there's "favorites" data available at the distribution level. But for some reason, the data doesn't seem to be available via the MetaCPAN API.
