Update dev_seb from master

Changed the cellranger and bcl2fastq rules to take into account the samplesheet md5sum step in make_sample_sheet.py script. This induced the deletion of samplesheet copy from the two rules.

Also add a kit to the adapter.tsv file

I do not really like the fact that we have

         csv="out/{tool}{extra}/{filler}/SampleSheet.csv"

as input file instead of output. But since it is working for our needs, we can keep it like this for now.
